We've moved Helm 3 Control Panel, SmarterMail 3, SmarterStats, NS1 and NS2 to
the new servers due to data center re-location. Here are the major IP changes.
SmarterMail 3: 64.92.164.83 => 198.64.249.152
SmarterStats: 72.232.43.188 => 198.64.249.153
Helm: 72.232.43.187 => 198.64.249.154
NS1: 64.92.164.86 => 198.64.249.155
NS2: 72.36.179.28 => 65.99.254.138
We've updated all DNS records and your domains should be pointed to the new
servers. Here are several things that you need to check.
1) If you have private name servers with us, please go to your domain registrar
and change the name server IPs.
ns1.yourdomain.com: 64.92.164.86 => 198.64.249.155
ns2.yourdomain.com: 72.36.179.28 => 65.99.254.138
2) If you use outside DNS servers (not us), you need to change the DNS records
in your DNS servers.
3) Please always use mail.yourdomain.com to as SMTP and POP3 server or access
webmail. Please change the new IP if you use the old IP in Outlook.
SmarterMail 3: 64.92.164.83 => 198.64.249.152
4) Please always use local SMTP server 127.0.0.1 to send out emails in
ASP.NET/ASP codes.
5) Your domains or databases may be moved as well. Please login to the new Helm control panel
to check the new IPs.
