In 3/22/2008 Friday, One of our customers created a domain and deleted it in Helm 4. It left a empty domain in SmarterMail 4 due to a bug of Helm 4. Our SmarterMail 4 was crashed because of an empty domain. We've restored some email accounts from our remote data center backup servers. Everything should be back to normal now.
