After thorough investigation of all our data center existing network devices, configurations entries and IOS software versions Cisco Systems has asked that replicate the error that affected our data center location. Replicating this error on site will allow Cisco engineers and our network team to find the true cause of the problems we experienced several weeks ago. In order to accomplish this there will be possible network related issues during the maintenance window. The server IIS005 and IIS006 will possibly experience packet loss, increased latency or temporary interruption of service. There will be a team of Cisco Engineers on site running active diagnostics during this reproduction. These results will be analyzed for source causes and devices may be replaced if they are found faulty. There is a full rollback plan in place to ensure that this maintenance window does not exceed the time frame listed.
