Maintenance Action: Backbone circuit maintenance
In this window, a third party vendor will be performing demand maintenance affecting a local backbone circuit. Customers at these sites may experience latency or other connectivity issues when traffic shifts to and from redundant connectivity while the work is performed.
This action has been scheduled to occur between 0001 and 0600 PST on Wed Mar 29, and again between 0001-0600 PST on Thu Mar 30.

Maintenance Action: CSR hardware replacement
In this window, Savvis engineers will be replacing defective hardware on a local Customer Service Router ("CSR"). As this work is performed, customers may experience service outages, latency, or other connectivity issues. This action has been scheduled to occur between 0001 and 0500 CST on Sat Apr 1.
